How It Works
Every week, Scout will send you an email with a link to download a file. This file is updated on a server once every 24 hours at 2am and contains 3 days worth of backup data. In the event of an outage, this file contains the necessary information to complete your appointments. You can download a copy at any time using the link provided in your email.
It is best practices to download a copy of this file for offline access once per day.
