Want an easy way for a customer to pay for a service ahead of time without your intervention? Enable the Allow Customers to Purchase Prepaid Credit to allow customers that have a payment method on file to purchase credit directly through the app.
Navigate to Settings
Click on Billing > Payments
Toggle the Allow Customers to Purchase Prepaid Credit setting to ON
If the customer has a credit card on file, they'll now be able to add prepaid credit directly to their account.
