Purchasing Account Credit

Pre-pay for services directly from within the app.

Want to pre-pay for services ahead of time? No problem!

  1. Login to the Scout for Pet Parents app or your provider's app

  2. Click on the Menu icon in the upper left-hand corner

  3. Click Purchase Credit
    โ€‹(If you don't have this option, it may not be enabled by your provider or you may not have a credit card on file.)

First, choose an amount. You can choose from pre-defined amounts of $25, $50, and $100. Alternatively, you can choose a custom amount.

Tap Purchase Now.

Confirm the amount to be charged to your credit card by tapping Yes, purchase credit.

If successful, you'll see a confirmation screen verifying that your credit card has been charged and your account has been credited.

Tap Continue and you'll see that your account balance has been updated.
