Want to pre-pay for services ahead of time? No problem!
- Login to the Scout for Pet Parents app or your provider's app
- Click on the Menu icon in the upper left-hand corner
- Click Purchase Credit
(If you don't have this option, it may not be enabled by your provider or you may not have a credit card on file.)
First, choose an amount. You can choose from pre-defined amounts of $25, $50, and $100. Alternatively, you can choose a custom amount.
Tap Purchase Now.
Confirm the amount to be charged to your credit card by tapping Yes, purchase credit.
If successful, you'll see a confirmation screen verifying that your credit card has been charged and your account has been credited.
Tap Continue and you'll see that your account balance has been updated.
