You can choose to display either the human first name and last name or the pet name and family name in the schedule or dashboard.
By default the human name will be shown in the schedule. To change this setting:
Navigate to Settings > Scheduling > Preferences
Scroll down until you see the option to "Display Pet Names"
To display the pet names, toggle the switch to the ON position (Blue)
To display the human names, toggle the switch to the OFF position (Grey)
