How do I update my bank account?

Update the bank account to which Braintree disburses your funds.

Need to update the bank account that Braintree disburses your funds to?

You have 2 options:

  1.  Send in a voided check to pppbbtmerchantsupport@paypal.com and Braintree/PayPal will update the bank account for you. The email must come from the email address associated with the account.
    ​

  2. Add the bank account to your PayPal account and confirm ownership of the bank. Once added and confirmed in PayPal (instructions below), give them a call at 1-855-489-0345 and they'll update your account.

Here's how to add a bank account to your PayPal account:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.

  2. Click Money.

  3. Click Link a Bank Account.

  4. Select your bank from the list or click I have a different bank.

  5. Depending on the selected bank, use your bank login and click Continue, or select the account type, enter the Routing and Account numbers, and then click Agree and Link.
