Manually Create a New Invoice

If no open invoice exists for a client, you can create a new one manually.

Navigate to the customer section of the software using the icon in the side navigation or by clicking the icon below.

Navigate to the customer's invoice list using the customer side navigation.

If the customer has no open invoices, use the "New Invoice" button in the top right corner of the screen to create a new open invoice.

A new open invoice will appear in the list. 

Click on the invoice line to open it.

*Note: If no open invoice exists and you check in to an appointment, A new open invoice will be created automatically.
