Want to pre-pay for services ahead of time? No problem!
Log into the Scout for Pet Parents app or your provider’s app.
Tap Settings in the bottom menu.
Tap Purchase Credit. (If you don’t see this option, it may not be enabled by your provider, or you may not have a credit card on file.)
Choose an amount. You can select from pre-defined amounts of $25, $50, or $100, or enter a custom amount.
You can add notes to let your pet sitter know if you’d like the credit applied to a specific appointment or to share any additional information.
Confirm the amount to be charged to your credit card by tapping Yes, purchase credit.
If successful, you'll see a confirmation screen verifying that your credit card has been charged and your account has been credited.
