By default, Scout sends emails to alert you that your provider has started and ended your service. If you prefer, you can receive push notifications instead.

To enable push notifications for when a service starts and ends, complete the following steps:

  1. Login to the Scout for Pet Parents app.
  2. Tap the menu button in the upper left-hand corner.
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Push under the Service Notifications section.

Please note that you'll still receive notifications through email for things such as service updates and invoices.
