To begin, download and log into the Scout for Pet Owners Mobile App from your iPhone or Android device.
Once you are logged into the app, open the menu by tapping on the "hamburger" in the top left corner.
From the menu select "Pets". Tap the pet you wish to edit and their profile will open.
Add a New Pet
To add a new pet, tap the pink/purple circle with a "+" symbol.
Enter your pet's information in the available fields. Please be as detailed as possible to assist your pet sitting company in providing care.
When you're finished, scroll to the bottom of the pet profile and tap "Save Pet" to continue.
To disregard your changes, you can tap the "X" in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
Pet Name, Pet Kind (Dog, cat etc.) and Pet Breed are required fields.
Edit a Pet's Profile
Tap the "Edit" button to enter editing mode.
Make any desired changes.
When you're finished, scroll to the bottom of the pet profile and tap "Save Pet" to continue.
To disregard your changes, you can tap the "X" in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
