To begin, download and log into the Scout for Pet Owners Mobile App from your iPhone or Android device.
Once logged in, you’ll see the bottom navigation menu.
From the menu select "Pets". Tap the pet you wish to edit and their profile will open.
How to Add a Pet
Tap the Pets tab in the bottom menu.
Tap Add a Pet or the “+” icon.
Enter your pet’s information in the available fields. Please be as detailed as possible—this information helps your pet sitting company provide safe and personalized care.
When finished, tap Next, then tap Save Pet to save the profile.

Pet Name
Pet Type (Dog, Cat, etc.)
Pet Breed
Canceling Changes
If you do not wish to save your changes, tap Cancel at the bottom of the screen.

How to Edit a Pet’s Profile
Tap the Pets tab in the bottom menu.
Select the pet you’d like to edit.
Tap the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of the pet profile.
Make any desired changes.
Tap Save to apply the updates.
Canceling Changes
To discard any edits, tap Cancel at the bottom of the screen.
