🐾 Enabling Auto-Gratuity in the Pet Parent App (iOS & Android)

  1. Open the Pet Parent App: Launch the Scout for Pet Owners app on your device.

  2. Navigate to Billing: Tap on the "Settings" section from the main menu.

  3. Access Gratuity Settings: Select "Gratuity Preferences" to open the gratuity settings.

  4. Enable Auto-Gratuity: Enable the toggle option "Enable Automatic Gratuity."

  5. Choose Tip Amount: Select your preferred gratuity amount, either as a flat dollar amount or a percentage (e.g., 10%, 15%, 20%).

  6. Save Settings: Tap "Save" to apply your gratuity preferences.

Note: Once enabled, the selected gratuity amount will be automatically applied to all future appointments.

  • Adjust Tip Amount: To change your gratuity settings, repeat the steps above and select a new tip amount.
