Getting Started
Open the Pet Parent App on your device.
Tap the “+” button located in the center of the bottom navigation bar
Choose either:
Single Appointment – request one appointment for a specific day.
Recurring Appointment – set up an appointment that repeats until a specific end date.
Single Appointment
Tap the “+” button and select Single Appointment.
Select a pet that you have previously added, then tap Next.
Choose the service you’d like, then tap Next.
Date & Time: Select the desired date and time (availability may depend on business restrictions) Depending on the business preferences, you can choose from predefined arrival windows, or request custom arrival windows or specific times, then tap Next.

Add-Ons (Optional): Select any add-ons needed, such as medication administration, then tap Next.
Notes (Optional): Add any instructions or details the walker might need to complete the appointment successfully, then tap Done.
Review all appointment details (date, time, pet, service, add-ons, notes, and any surcharges applied), then tap Next to submit the appointment for the business’s approval.
Recurring Appointment
Tap the “+” button and select Recurring Appointment.
Select the pet, then tap Next.
Choose the service, then tap Next.
Date & Time:
Select the start date for the recurring appointments.
Choose the time (depending on business settings, you may see arrival windows or specific times).
Frequency: Choose how often the appointment repeats:
Daily: Every day until the end date.
Weekly: Select specific days of the week for the appointment.
Bi-Weekly: Select specific days of the week to repeat every two weeks.
End Date: Select when the recurring appointments should stop, then tap Next.
Add-Ons (Optional): Choose any add-ons needed, then tap Preview.
Notes (Optional): Add any instructions to make the recurring appointment successful, then tap Done.
Review the confirmation screen to check all details: pet, service, start and end dates, time, add-ons, and notes. Once everything is correct, tap Next to submit the recurring appointment for the business’s approval.
With these steps, pet parents can easily schedule and manage both single and recurring appointments, ensuring pets get the care they need while keeping the process simple and organized.
