Feature Alert: Appointment Status
An appointment's status is shown as a banner across the top of the Appointment Detail Screen
Pet Detail Link
Select the circle containing the pet initial or photo to view the detailed pet profile.
Feature Alert: Service Icons
Icons appear under each pet image to alert the care giver that a pre-defined service has been requested. Icons are available for the following service and add-on types: Feeding, Medication and *Overnight Care.
Keys, Lock Boxes and Alarms
Select the key, lockbox, or alarm code to reveal detailed information
View Basic customer information such as address, phone number and emergency contact.
The Staff Mobile App will display any customer notes specific to the appointment. These notes are entered by the customer during the scheduling process. (Coming Soon).
The Staff Mobile App will display administrative notes notes specific to the appointment. These notes are entered by the business manager(s) during the scheduling process.
Feature Alert: Hold to Check In
To prevent accidental check-ins, you must press and hold the button labeled "Hold to Check In" until the status bar is completely filled.
