Sorry you're having trouble!  

There are a couple of things that can cause you to have a problem when activating your account:

  1. Your account may be active already. This is a common issue when your pet sitting company is first signing up with Scout and they're getting your schedule setup. We are working on this process so it won't be a burden to future generations 🐶  Give your pet sitting company a ring, tell them you spoke to Rich, and he said "Would you mind checking to see if my account is active?" If your account is active, the next step is to reset your password. Learn how to reset your password
  2. Call Security! It's a feature. We have a security feature that expires the activation email you were sent if you've waited longer than our super-secret formula allows. If you wouldn't mind letting your pet sitting company know, they can send out a new activation email.
